以前より熊本大学IRCMS様内で導入しているHeliosシステムを有効活用いただくためCyTOFセミナーを開催いたします。
マスサイトメトリ－（CyTOF）は、金属安定同位体でラベリングされた抗体を用い、ICP-TOF-MSで検出することで、
一度に40項目以上の細胞内外のタンパク質を1細胞毎に検出可能な新しいテクノロジーです。
また、このテクノロジーを用いたイメージングマスサイトメトリー（Hyperion)は、様々な疾患における
細胞間の複雑な関係や空間分布の状態の把握を可能にします。
既に世界中で500台近くが導入され、様々な研究機関や臨床研究分野において使用されています。
本セミナーでは、従来の蛍光標識抗体を用いたフローサイトメーターやイメージャーとの違いを中心に
マスサイトメトリ－の原理ならびにアプリケーション例をご紹介いたします。お気軽にご参加くださいませ。

We will have an introduction seminar on the CyTOF - Helios, which has been previously installed at the International Research Center for Medical Sciences <IRCMS>at Kumamoto University.
Mass cytometry (CyTOF technology) is a new technology that uses antibodies labeled with metal stable isotopes and detected by ICP-TOF-MS to detect more than 40 intracellular and extracellular proteins at a time, cell by cell. Nearly 500 instruments have already been installed worldwide and are used in various research institutions and clinical research areas.
The number of publications continues to grow, especially in the fields of immunology, cancer, immuno-oncology, and infectious diseases.
In this seminar, we will introduce the principle of mass cytometry,its applications and the latest model, CyTOF XT, Hyperion XTi which allows for imaging using the same CyTOF technology.
