【総研】平成３１年度総研利用に関するお知らせ 【SOUKEN】Procedure for usage (the 2019 academic year)

平成３１年度総研利用に関するお知らせ
総研施設利用登録者の変更・更新の手続きをお願い致します。
総研施設機器を利用する際は、総研機器予約システムにより各該当機器の予約を行った上で
ご使用頂いております。
新年度（平成３１年度）に変わり、負担金請求先及び登録内容の変更等はございませんか？
総研機器予約システム内のMyページの「登録情報の確認」をクリックして頂き、
登録内容に変更等ございましたら、sunei@kumamoto-u.ac.jp 宛に変更事項をご連絡下さい。
簡略化の為、下記期限までに総研機器予約システムにログインして頂くことで
更新手続きを完了とさせていただきます。
（期限までにログインされなかった場合、登録を削除させていただきます。）
【更新手続き期限】：平成３１年４月３０日（火）
※ 総研施設４〜７階において、カード認証システム運用中です。
職員身分証明書・学生証（共にICチップ搭載カード）にて入室可能。
８階８２０室にて随時入室登録受付中ですので、カードをご持参の上で登録にいらっしゃって
下さい。
Regarding the procedure for usage of SOUKEN
In order to conduct research using facility equipment, machinery, or any support services, it is necessary to book on SOUKEN Web site.
Is there a change in affiliation or billing address since the 2019 academic year?
You can check your current registration at the 「マイページ - 登録情報の確認」on SOUKEN Web site.
Please email to the following address if you'd like to request the modification of the registration content on SOUKEN.

Please complete the system login by the deadline below.
We regard your login as a renewal procedure.
If you do not login by the deadline, we will delete the registration.
