細胞培養液分析装置「BioProfile」 デモンストレーションのご案内
ノバ・バイオメティカル社の細胞培養液(培地成分)分析装置「BioProfile」シリーズは、
1度のハンドリングでガス・化学物質から細胞密度まで最大16項目の同時分析が出来る装置です。
この度、皆様の培養液がどの様な状態か実際に成分分析をご体験いただくため、
下記の通りデモンストレーションを開催いたします。
【開催期間】 ： 平成３１年２月２６日（火）から３月５日（木）
【操作説明会】： 平成３１年２月２６日（火）
１回目 午前１１時
２回目 午後２時
【場所】： 生命資源研究・支援センター新館５階５０２号室
【注意事項】
・300μℓ〜500μℓの培養液原液、もしくは培養上清を遠心チューブなどでご用意ください。
・感染性が疑われるサンプルはご遠慮ください。
・装置本体の測定データは消去できません。

◆Description
Nova BioProfile analyzers include four models of fully automated cell culture analyzers with test menus of two to ten tests, including chemistry, gases, and electrolytes. Each model offers automatic calibration, one-button operation, and 40 position batch processing capability.
We will hold a demonstration as below to perfome the composition analysis of everybody's culture liquid actually.
◆Notes
· Please prepare 300 μℓ to 500 μl culture medium stock solution or culture supernatant into a centrifuge tube.
· Please refrain from samples suspected of infectivity.
· Measurement data of the main unit can not be erased.
